The perfect music for our special day!

“Look no further for your wedding DJ!

DJ Karin did a fantastic job at our wedding. Our music tastes are alternative/indie rock and Karin absolutely nailed it with her playlist. All of our guests loved the music and even the venue staff were commenting that this was the best music they’ve ever heard at a wedding. The music truly made the day.

Karin met with us and offered plenty of guidance and made sure she understood what our tastes were. We didn’t have to devote much time at all to planning the music, Karin took care of the majority of the work which is much appreciated during the busy wedding planning period.

I would not change a thing about the services provided by this company, thanks so much for truly making our special day Karin!” -Mark & jessica –Wedding WireThe Knot, & Google

“Booking through Stylus was quick and easy. Our DJ Jen was a calming presence during the planning stage and so much fun during the wedding. Even on a hot summer night she had everyone dancing. So glad she was a part of our day!” -Abi & George –Wedding Wire

Outstanding

“Alicia DJed our wedding and was outstanding. Things were just starting to open up again after COVID and while everyone was vaccinated, it was still a pretty small event. We worked with Alicia to put together some tunes that would get people off their feet and enjoying themselves and she did just that. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how great the music selection and variety was and that this was the first time in over a year that they truly felt that things were getting back to normal.” -Matthew & Virgina -The Knot

“Working with Stylus and Alicia was absolutely incredible. From the first email to the end of the wedding, everything was above and beyond. Alicia brought our guests to the dance floor for the first time in over a year and just knew how to use music to unlock fun. So, so so grateful for Stylus and Alicia.” -Talia, for Rebecca & Adam –Wedding Wire

Captured our essence PERFECTLY!!

Sarah just DJ’ed our wedding and captured our essence PERFECTLY!! We had a pared down wedding and didn’t quite know how all of our guests would be on the dance floor, but Sarah’s music kept everyone up! Not only did Sarah have the best taste in music and listened to our preferences, but she was so unbelievably enthusiastic and kind. We can’t recommend Sarah enough!!!!! Thank you!! -Jenny & Jack – The Knot

DJ Amber is very talented

I used Stylus DJ Entertainment for our wedding on 4/23/21 and I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful they were. We specifically worked with DJ Amber and we could not have been happier with her. From my first interaction with her I knew we were in good hands. Amber was professional, polite, responsive and so easy to work with. I was an anxious bride and she made me feel so at ease. We had our wedding during covid and despite the disruptions covid caused our wedding, Amber and her team didn’t miss a beat and were beyond accommodating and flexible. She sent us a list where we could list the songs we wanted to hear at the wedding and our song list was all over the place. We had different genres and a lot of odd music so I didn’t think we would hear all of the music we listed. I assumed it was to give her an idea of what we liked but I heard every song we listed and she made all of the music and different genres flow seamlessly. I also wasn’t sure if many people would be on the dance floor because of covid and how weddings have changed but as soon as dinner was over DJ Amber had EVERYONE on the dance floor having an absolute blast the entire night! DJ Amber is very talented and lifted all of our spirits and put smiles on our face. Working with Stylus DJ Entertainment and DJ Amber was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day. I am so happy and thankful for them and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so so much!! -Brooke & Zach – The Knot

VIRTUAL Tainted Love 80s Dance Party w/DJ Jane Elizabeth – 3/19/2021

We still miss you! Please join us for the second Virtual Edition of the Tainted Love 80s Dance Party streaming live at:

https://www.twitch.tv/stylusdjentertainment

Soft Cell’s pioneering 1981 cover of the Northern Soul classic, “Tainted Love,” is the inspiration for this awesome 80s dance party. Building on a solid foundation of New Wave, we’ll dig deeper into the catalog of massive hits and overlooked misses from the late 70s through the early 90s – pivotal years in musical history that blurred the lines between Analog and Digital, Disco and Synthpop, Funk and Hip-Hop. A time when Alternative was called Post-Punk, Indie actually meant independent, and Throbbing Gristle’s “Hot on the Heels of Love” surely could have been alongside Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” on the charts…with today’s perspective. Other passions include CBGB-era New York, Batcave-era London – Punk Rock, Glam Rock, Kraut Rock, Girl Rock, Dad Rock, Rockabilly, Ska, Machine Soul, Blue-Eyed Soul, Darkwave, Coldwave – plus some guilty pleasures in the (strictly) Old-School Rap department.

Hosted by DJ Jane Elizabeth (Stylus DJ Entertainment, Breakfast Club Philly 2010-2015).

“Great experience! Jane and Karin were easy to work with throughout the process, from finding the right DJ and preparing for a spring 2020 wedding to working with us on a new date and suggesting music that might be a better fit for a 23 person garden wedding vs a 165 guest Saturday night party.” -Alice & Anthony –Wedding WireThe Knot
