New York based selector with Caribbean-Latino roots, Jomero comes from a family of DJ’s which has helped strengthen his passion for mixing eclectic sounds and connecting with people from all around the world.
He has been playing music for a diverse range of clients and venues since 2009, including professional experience with notable entertainment companies, corporate parties and private events across NY, CT, ATL, & LA.This exposure has had a significant impact on his ability to create the right vibe & atmosphere with any given audience, in any given occasion. In 2015, he co-founded FunknVibe, a Long Island based DJ collective that has helped shape the local music scene by hosting events & bringing exposure to up-and-coming talent.
Jomero’s knowledge & expertise in the field of music curation enables him to seamlessly transition between a vast range of genres from Disco, Funk, Soul, Classic/Latin House to Dancehall, Reggaeton, Salsa, Merengue, Hip-Hop/R&B & more.
