“We used Stylus DJ Entertainment for our wedding at the Allegria Hotel on 9/10/21. Specifically, the DJ we chose was Alicia Walter. Stylus was great to work with in terms of logistics and such. The fun part was partnering with Alicia to create our perfect day! Alicia was incredible to work with and really listened to what we envisioned for our special day. Also, she was great partnering with the venue to ensure we had coverage in each area of our venue. Day of, Alicia made sure we had a PARTY. We had so many people dancing and she really followed the vibe of the room to ensure people were up on her feet. I was so blown away with how she incorporated our style into making an incredible playlist. She also was great at advising us on our timeline and what flow might work best for us, based off what she has seen at other weddings. Alicia was what made working with Stylus so great. “We booked Karin to DJ our wedding last weekend and we couldn’t have been happier, she was incredible! She was so fun to plan with, gave us great suggestions on songs to play at key points throughout the night, and played everything we wanted to hear on our big day. All of our guests commented on how great she was, we’re still hearing about it a week later. Also helps that she was legitimately having a blast throughout, we kept catching her singing along to songs, smiling and dancing while DJing. Absolutely wonderful! We had Katie Rose as our Dj. She was great! We loved all the music selections and the ordering of things. She gave great advice on when to time things ( first dance, cake cutting, fast music/ slow music). “DJ Katie Rose was absolutely wonderful. We got married at Muttontown Club on November 3rd. We talked over the phone for an hour a week before the wedding and went over the entire schedule. As is the case for most big events, things had to be changed last minute and Katie was incredibly flexible, and basically saved our wedding. She kept track of what was supposed to happen next, made sure everything happened according to what we planned, announced dinner/ speeches etc, and she even helped me organize a surprise dance for my groom. “My partner and I got married this past August and Jane Elizabeth of Stylus DJ Entertainment was our DJ. Everyone loved Jane! Everyone thought the music was amazing. My partner and I had been looking for a female DJ for our wedding and the second we saw Jane’s website we knew she would be the perfect fit. She assured us that we could have all the music we liked and still make sure everyone was happy. She paid special attention to the demographics of our guest list and the songs/artists we most wanted to hear. It was super helpful to hear the playlists of previous events that Jane had done from her Spotify. Most importantly, it felt like Jane really understood who we are and the musical vibe we wanted for our wedding. “Jane was a phenomenal wedding DJ. We wanted a non-traditional DJ who could handle our eclectic tastes (house, funk, disco) and she delivered 10x over. She was so easy to work with, especially in the week leading up to the big day when we had a few big, last-minute requests. “Jane was exactly what my husband and I were looking for! We live on Long Island and were looking for a cool, hip, low-key DJ who would play the music that we liked and wouldn’t be your typical Long Island-style DJ (no mc’ing, no strobe lights, etc). She listened to us throughout the entire process and was completely professional and easy to work with down to the wedding day. She was flexible in being able to work with all the other vendors as well as dealing with a little rain during a backyard wedding. We cannot recommend her enough!
